JK-YW16 Hot-Roll Fishtail Mill Machine

JK-YW16 Hot-Roll Fishtail Mill Machine is the latest type machine in the result of our R&D trial and experienced-test. It is based on the improvement in the part of rolling material of old type change eccentric roller into eccentric shaft, make the roll change into three groove form, to increase three working life than the others, the flat roller added in outer side can make the square bar and round bar be sharp points and pressed-flat. This new machine can process the tail pipe, suqare pipe, square steel, flat iron, round steel and other materials. Processed products only change the length of the width of the same, both beautiful and generous.

1. It is not necessary to beat flat the bevel edge, and it can realize at one time molding. The molding material end becomes wider and thinner with the thickness no more than 2 mm.
2. It used cyclonical two-speed reducer to large torque. It adopts special way for the torque transmission between the gear box and working case, ensureing smooth and reliable mechanical operation.
